About Me
I found these life-changing tools when I was in my 'best shape' externally.
Six pack, lean muscle mass, very low body fat.
A dream come true.Or so I thought..
But I was completely out of shape internally .
Soon enough I was visited by insomnia, out of control eating aka binge eating and later on daily anxieties to the point of burn out and depression but I never took pills!I helped myself by changing my relationship with life, my thoughts, emotions, food and body and ultimately the most important of them all - my relationship with me!I used breath-work, subconscious reprogramming, mindset work, working with mentors and practicing nervous system healing— to support my healing from the inside out.And now I want YOU to experience the power of your own breath for yourself.You may realize you were never broken, never needed fixing.You may however need better soil to grow — love, nourishment and understanding.Like a tree, when we build strong roots, we create the inner foundation for a life that feels good—inside and out.Today, I no longer need to fight my urges, worry about how much I ate or be crippled and ashamed of my binge-eating.The number on the scale has no power over me.I love my body.I am able to feel my emotions.I trust myself.I feel at home in my body.And I'm now guiding driven Women just like you to free themselves and have a healthy supportive relationship with food, body and their mind.Not through force and willpower, but through inner shifts that transform how they feel, think, and live.I help them feel in shape from the inside out.If you’re tired of fighting yourself,

If This is Your First Time
For those of you who are first time breathers, here are some tips:We will use a conscious connected breath, in and out through the open mouth, with no gap between inhale and exhale.
Different emotions and feelings may arise.
Try to stay present with your breathing and embrace the sensations with curiosity.
Whatever you experience on your journey, remember that you always have full control, if things would become too intense: you can either slow down your breathing or start to breathe through your nose again.
Preparation
All you need is to find a safe space, where you won't be disturbed.I invite you to come with→ An open mind and open heart→ Eye mask→ Headphones - highly recommended→ Comfy clothes - pyjama is fine→ Half-empty stomach→ Yoga Mat or Soft Surface→ Blanket ( to stay warm as the body cools during breath-work)→ a small, flat pillow or folded towel for head support

I'm assuming that if you have any acute health conditions or a delicate pregnancy that you have checked with your doctor prior to being here, if not please do so.
